Brokenness and Wholeness

Just had a "busy" night and morning with my sweetheart. We got broken again. Tears, hurts. We kept pressing on, talking, pushing and pulling till we come to mutual understanding. Everybody makes mistakes in marriage. Including us. Remorse set in, thinking how much better we could have been. How I wish I could take back some of those earlier years we had to be better! If we had only realized and worked together much earlier! But God is gracious and loving to Imelda and I. The blockages, breaches, or barriers, God is tearing them down. He wiped bad memories from our minds and hearts to start new, positive beginnings. Surely, this development in our marriage is one of life's finest blessings for us today. We value it and feed our faith on it.
