The noted Quaker, George Fox, once said "Carry some quiet around inside thee. Be still and cool in thine own mind and spirit." Living in a troubled world, we all need refreshment and restoration. The Great Shepherd does that for us - "He leads me beside quiet waters; He restores my soul" (Ps 23).
