My friend and brethen, Nora, is almost 70 years old. Yes, that's Nora (and me) in the photo. Yet she looks just on her 40s. You won't believe, but she went through a lot tragedies in life that could make anyone look much older. Or, die of sorrow. Why am I sharing this to you? I want you to learn her ongoing secret of staying young. It's both outer and inner. We know a lot whose beauty or health is just on the outside. So theirs will be very short lived or temporary and shallow. It will only last until their life on earth. Nora loves and lives for the Lord. That makes her young forever.
