Commuting On Your Own Two Feet Can Be Good Therapy

I'm an advocate of "therapy through walking." Why?  It's more effective and faster for recovery and health! A 1972 - 2002 study involving 60,000 Finnish men and women made by Dr. Gang Hu of the Pennington Biomedical Research in the USA reveals that commuting to work on your own two feet could help stave off heart failure. The study proves the protective effects of regular physical activity on both the physical and mental health of individuals. Indeed, physical activity can be as effective as psychotherapy, relaxation, and even medication in managing stress. How about going into psychotherapy while walking instead of sitting down? Ready, let's go!
