When To Keep Trying, When To Move On

"Reconciliation is something I had wanted more than anything in my life," a struggling betrayed wife once shared, "... until I realized my unfaithful husband would not allow God to do that in his life."

We're all given free will to make choices. About what we believe. About how we should live our lives. Unfortunately, many people follow their own destructive paths. Relating to them requires wisdom to know when to keep trying and when to move on.

"Since they hated knowledge and did not choose to fear the LORD, since they would not accept my advice and spurned my rebuke, they will eat the fruit of their ways and be filled with the fruit of their schemes. . . . But whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm" (Proverbs 1:29-31, 33).
