As we begin this Holy Week, it's important that we realize what life is really all about. We need to know where we're going and consider the true purpose of our brief journey. Today, billions of people around the world suffer. People are dominated by materialism, conceit or selfishness, immorality. So many broken homes, marriages, and families. Crimes, adulteries, corruption. The series of natural calamities and afflictions, wars, and other adversities around the world add up to the suffering. Indeed, we're faced with a "global therapy crisis." May what has been happening awaken our spirits to go back to the essentials of life. We need to listen to God's word and be open for true, lasting inner healing and wellness. If we look anywhere else, we'll find the wrong things.
