Sex and Depression
Do you feel stressed and your sex drive/interest declining? If so, there often is an underlying psychological/emotional concern that may be creating the condition. In fact, decreased drive/interest in sex is one of the symptoms psychotherapists use to diagnose depression. When you're depressed, your energy is low. You don't feel good about yourself. Physically, mentally, and emotionally, you simply don't feel like making love. If you find yourself in this condition, seek help.
