Your Life In One Small Bag

I'm a "backpack psychotherapist." The precious parts of life and wellness are in the small bag on my back. Nowadays, possessions come to define and identify people. Material success etc, like pagan offering, in many ways clouds the mind. Anxiety. Possession-envy. Weariness. Killer spiral of debt. Mad desire to acquire. Aha, speaking of the poverty of materialism and luxury.  In the end, you can't take it with you. In the sands of time, in the jetsam of tsunamis, truly all things come down to one thing. There's a purpose far bigger than our self-indulgence. It takes a new country of the mind and heart.
