Keep Moving This Holidays

If you have trouble surviving the holidays, keep moving! Remember that you are created for a purpose. Get out of bed. Start to move and function.
Inactivity feeds depression or holiday blues. So, moving is medicine. You can get out of bed. You can make contact. You can move around. You can talk to family members, friends, or even a therapist/counselor if you need to. If you're having problems this holidays, with help from the Higher Power, you will be just fine.
