If you are an escapist, you won't like this!

Now, listen very carefully. Read this slowly. No amount of psychotherapy/counseling, expert doctors, positive thinking, "semantic footwork" or even mutual support from friends and family can remove your responsibility over YOU and your overall healthcare. In another word: commitment. If you'd rather rationalize and run than stick with your healing (which is a process), commitment or responsibility is a dirty word. In our irresponsible, escapist mentality, backing down and quitting are more common than staying at it and keep hammering at it. At the end, let it be understood, it costs much, much more to YOU in the years that you still have left. Powerful reminder, waiting to be claimed!
