Self Talk

Do you know that you talk to your self all the time? You may not want to admit it. But don't worry. You are very normal. In fact, the most important conversations you and I will ever have are those with our selves!

Unfortunately, it's so common for people to have mostly negative conversations with themselves. Such negative self talk then leads us to be depressed, unmotivated, or feel so anxious.

For example, if you have been told as a child that you're dumb or stupid, you could grow up automatically believing those words. Outside your awareness, you become conditioned to feed on negative thoughts about your self. Every task that you undertake get affected by a defeated attitude even before you start.

I have good news! We all could choose to rewire all that negative self talk into positive self talk, which will then bring healing and health to the mind and body.
