Lifelines

When I think about some of my best days, I see that most of them start in the morning. Like lines that connect an astronaut to a space capsule, I begin my day anchoring to what matters most. As I get connected to my invisible lifeline, my whole emotional and spiritual demeanor become like a stream. It starts in the morning and extends throughout the day. Positive, faith-filled stream of thoughts and feelings gain momentum the next hours of the day. Then I experience that this lifeline leads me to affirm the value of my loved ones as well as others, which is one of the best behaviors I can do for my overall health and well being.
