To Be Ageless and Happy
Age can fool us.
#agelessandhappy
As one 90-year-old woman insists, “Some folks are born old and some never get old.
I’ve known of a 27-year-old client who feels too “old” already with his troubled youth and deep family wounds.
I’m contrast, there is another client, 83, I spoke with only this week who feels rather ageless singing happily during our session.
Mental health is to make the most of one’s limited supply of earthly time to be happy.
You don’t waste it in anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, regrets, worries, grudges, malice, clamor, slander, and broken relationships.
Life is too short for that.
As the Apostle Paul writes, “Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.”
— Ephesians 4:31-32
Kindness. Tender-heartedness. Forgiving heart. These are some of the ways to make the most of the time to be happy.
Be ageless.
