Growing Old, Growing Up

Growing old is a gift. Not every one gets that gift. A lot of people actually die younger.

Growing up is different though. It’s an optional choice. A product of wisdom.

Age is just a number when you keep growing up. Growing deeper, too.

As George Matheson once wrote,

“O joy that seeks me through pain, 

I cannot close my heart to thee;

I trace the rainbow through the rain

And feel the promise is not vain

That morn shall tearless be.”

May you have the courage and strength to be victorious in the natural challenges or pains of growing old and growing up as the years go by - psychologically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
